Though it has subsequently been somewhat overshadowed by the many successes that Pixar has had, A Bug’s Life was the second feature film produced by the studio when it came out. Abominable is a kind-hearted family friendly fantasy adventure that offsets its cookie-cutter plotting with beautiful animation and playful humor.
